Absolutely. Every one of our collections can be tailored to suit your wedding and your priorities. We believe you should only invest in the coverage, films, and deliverables that are genuinely meaningful to you. Whether you'd like to add extra coverage, include additional edits, or remove elements you don't need, we'll work with you to create a package that perfectly reflects your vision for the day.
2/ What is a 'couples shoot'?
The couples shoot is a fun and casual filming session that takes place before your wedding day. It can be as simple as a walk on the beach, exploring your favourite city, enjoying a shared hobby, or simply spending time together. The focus is on authentic moments and little interactions that make your relationship unique. These moments often become some of the most powerful and personal footage within your wedding film, adding depth, personality, and a stronger sense of your story.
3/ Do you offer RAW footage?
Rather than delivering unedited raw footage, we provide what we call a Best Footage Edit. Every clip is professionally colour graded and carefully organised in chronological order, creating a beautifully curated record of your wedding day. This allows you to relive the entire celebration with consistent colour, smooth playback, and a far more enjoyable viewing experience than standard raw files, which are often flat in appearance and are extremely large file sizes that run slow on standard computers.
4/ What are your delivery times?
Our standard delivery time for your full wedding film is up to 3 months, allowing us to thoughtfully edit, colour grade, and perfect every detail. To help you relive the excitement sooner, you'll receive a beautifully crafted trailer within 2 weeks of your wedding day. For couples who would like their memories sooner, we also offer an Express Delivery option, with your full wedding film delivered within 30 days of your celebration.
5/ Are travel / accommodation fees included?
Travel and accommodation may incur an additional fee depending on the location of your wedding. Any applicable costs will always be discussed and confirmed with you in advance, ensuring complete transparency before any booking agreements are signed.
6/ What are your payment terms?
To secure your wedding date, we require a 10% retainer payment along with a signed booking agreement. The remaining balance is typically due one month before your wedding day. We also offer tailored, flexible payment plans. Simply let us know what works best for you, and we'll be happy to discuss the available options.
